Yes there is. But best if you try to make a reservation. Depending on the time you get ther tou mint have to wait about an hr. But, she to the occasional no-shows you get moved up in line. As far as I'm concerned well worth the wait. I always try to get seated where Fransisco is serving. Very very attentive.

Yes, there's outside dining. They open the windows to the area where they have the live bands so it's considered outdoor. Then they have seating where you used to bring your car for valet. I've sat in both areas and the indoor area that has wide open windows is best. You don't have the birds flying around you and also there seemed to be less bugs around while eating compared to sitting in old valet area. If you sit in the valet area you'll also experience people walking by your table a lot. They have designated areas for entrance and exit. Facing the building, the left side is where you go up the ramp to enter to hostess stand. Be mindful you do still need your mask and are required to wear anytime you're away from your dining table.
