Well actually there's no restaurant in the tower. Am not sure if there is one because it was closed when I visited
There is no restaurant in the tower, it's for functions only. The restaurant has a deck upstairs but there is no elevator to it. There is also outdoor seating on the ground level that was added during the renovatiom.
No lift
The restaurant is on the ground floor and it is an old building. I don't think there is an elevator going up to the tower.
