I recently purchased a New Santa Cruz blur from NBX. Ben was fantastic guiding me through the decision making process. And now more recently I sold my old Blur to someone half way across the country. Ben took great care packaging it and even went out of his way and took care of some potential issues prior to shipping it out. I'm sure packaging and shipping bikes isn't very profitable but Ben still went above and beyond. Thanks to the folks at NBX

The staff at NBX consistently go "above and beyond" for me with regards to sales and service. I've purchased several bikes for myself and for family members recently and NBX is always knowledgeable and supportive. When necessary, NBX is willing and capable of servicing issues even for my bikes that were purchased elsewhere. These guys are the best!!
