Is their dock open to the public if I am going out for a walk and want to just stop by and take a view from the dock?

The dock is open to the public for walking along (It is quite small though). There are some private mooring locations so you can't bring your own boat there.

I believe it is open to public. Small boats can dock there although that might be private or for those going to restaurant. It is a lovely setting with a few benches near the dock. enjoy
