I called corporate &was contacted by email that I would get a store credit in the amount of my order, it was from the regional manager not corporate.I found this out once I tried to use the store credit I thought I was giving,they sent it to the wrong location when I tried to use it at the Wilma Rudolph store(thats the location it was sent to)they claimed it wasn't noted,to make long story short the complaint line was of no help at all!
because noone will call the corporate and complain
