This is a 0 star review. I called to inform them that the pepperoni pizza I ordered didn’t have any pepperonis on it. The idiot that answered the phone proceeds to laugh and tell me she can give me a store credit for the pepperonis. I think asked if she could just replace the pizza with the one I payed for and she said no because the pizza she sent was not untouched. I took a bite to see if the pepperoni was under the cheese, it wasn’t so I called them. Then she finally says she will replace it but it will be an hour wait because there are other orders and her driver isn’t back yet. You would think that an unhappy customer would take some kind of priority considering I already waited an hour for the wrong pizza. The only saving grace was the delivery guy. He was very nice and apologized multiple times for the other ladies mistake and rudeness. He should have her job.

Ordered Jets a couple weeks back while visiting Nashville and decided we wanted the deep dish deliciousness again tonight. So I downloaded the App and placed a carry out order with the Ft. Campbell Blvd. location. We ordered the deep dish 8 corner Supreme, meat on half (don't judge me, lol), then added mushrooms, olives and mild peppers. We finished the order with a Greek Salad and waited patiently for the hubs to arrive with supper. When he arrived we opened the box to find a pepperoni and mild pepper pizza. When I called to ask the store to remake the pizza (and let them know I'll come back to exchange the incorrect one), instead of "so sorry, of course we'll fix that right away!" I got "Well what's wrong with it?... was the salad ok? ...I don't think we can do that actually, because what you got is what came through on our end..." The salad was fine, for the record, but the employee was not helpful at all where the pizza was concerned. I just wanted the corrected pizza and I got attitude. For the amount of money we paid for 8 pieces of pizza and a salad, I'd expect it would be corrected with no questions asked. I ended up hanging up after she put me on hold to "see if they can even re-make a pizza that wasn't wrong." It was wrong, I hadn't eaten it and was willing to drive back to exchange it. But they weren't ready to make it right without pulling teeth. So we'll wait until next time we're in Nashville to try Jets again... that location was awesome. Ft. Campbell Blvd location has opportunities for improvement. *2 stars given because the order was ready for pickup at the requested time, and the salad was great.

Detroit style is always pretty good. I decided to try the new york style this time and this is apparently a large with only six slices? Not only that the pizza was all crust and half cooked. Also it seems as though someone used the pizza as a frisbee to get it in the box. For paying 20+ dollars for this one pizza i would honestly reccomend getting 3 digiorno pizzas or even dominoes at that point. I told the employees and they did not care one bit

A co-worker of mine told us about this place and how good the pizza was. Our deep dish pizza was pretty good but our cheese pizza was lackluster. I asked for 3X cheese and it seems like it was there but the pizza was lukewarm. To top it off the was little to know sauce on the pizza and I didn't ask for light sauce. Hopefully next time it'll be better. 7/24 My husband and i decided to try Jets pizza again and once again we are disappointed. 1. The woman I spoke with had an attitude and gave the wrong address to the driver even after I explained it was a 3 not a 4. Also the pizza yet again has little to no sauce evrn though I asked for the regular amount that they use. Its really a shame that our experience was so poor and lackluster. We will venture elsewhere. Cont: I just got off with their "assistant manager" and I have to say that I've encountered people with attitudes before. Ive even worked in customer service myself so I understand. But to give attitude when it's not needed and as a supervisor is ridiculous. We will absolutely not be ordering from this establishment. Its better to support local businesses but after this we'll stick with Papa John's.
