No, you must be 18 to volunteer. That is due to insurance reasons, and the safety of the child. Tammy absolutely does not hate children! Tammy is a Wonderful, Caring & Compassionate woman, who has spend years dedicating herself to helping animals, and making sure they go to homes that are right for that particular dog or cat, and that they will be loved & cared for
