Why does the menu say all dishes can be modified for vegetarian, and you offer a tofu option, but the server tells me there is fish sauce in all the meals?

That is SO not vegetarian and it is/should be illegal to claim so.

I eat there often and the server will ask if fish sauce is ok....it can be made without fish sauce if requested.
