I would like to know how you are punishing the horrible officer who thought it was ok to torture an innocent animal. And what you will be doing to retrain your officers so they never do something like this again Shame on your whole precinct!

carl 1781 the entire police department act as one, they cover for one another. There are other acts, not just this one, in which this department acts in a corrupt and negligent manner. The corruption extends to the town council as well. I’m not sure if the officials are evil or Just down right stupid. Rest assured as long as I’m living I will not give up on exposing the truth which involves the death of my young son. Trust me on this one, they’re worthless!
