A have an appt.on Monday July 6..at 10:30 am..to transfer plates and registration for a car..did it all online...will the email me back to confirm so I'm not just wasting my time by going there and not be able to get in.

No you wont get an email back as long as you filled out the Form you have an appointment, I just went 6/25/20....

No, you go inside and check in at the desk. If you have all the paperwork you should be in and out really quick. Make sure you have a mask as well because it is required once you enter the building.
