I don't think so. The wall has other engagements that it has to attend, certain dates for certain locations and IDT rain is going to change their itinerary. 5:30 Memorial Day afternoon/evening is when they're leaving, I think? You might want to check, but I'm pretty sure....
I think its rain or shine! A couple of times it was raining and no one left! Including visitors!!!
