Hello I don't work for Waterford Jewelers but I have been a customer. The quickest way to have that answered would be to call and ask them. They are open on Sunday's from noon to 5pm. Weekdays 10am-8pm. They are pretty great in terms of price and I know they offer custom work. Hope that helps.
Yes we offer laser engraving on site. Jobs are usually ready with a short wait. Cost varies by item and engraving text.
