Hello Jamie, Yes we can do state certified weight tickets. I only cost $5.00 all you have to do is come into our facility go to our main truck scale tell the girl you need a weight ticket, then once your weighted witht the ticket you will come into my office and I'll sign & stamp the ticket. Yes you have to set an appointment call ahead of time and they will have everything set up and let them know what you have and don't run the VIN number and everything else they can do it at Dominion recycle they will run the VIN number there
