We find Mr. Orlowski's statement mystifying. All of our animals receive age appropriate vaccines before adoption. Moreover, we are not an animal shelter, but a foster based rescue. We have checked our records and have not, to our knowledge, ever interacted with Mr. Orlowski.
No you didn't. You sold a hyperactive dog that you said would be child friendly. After intense training it still bite the neighbor's kids, and my grandkids . After that wild animal had my youngest grandbaby 5 years old on the ground attacking her, my daughter took her back that day. There is alot to be said about your policies and adoption process too, but that's another story.
