How much is the lot rent and what's included in it?

The rent went up in January of 2019 because new owners bought the property.

Water, trash and sewer are together, you pay for the three (ours runs no more than 60 a month but you pay it thru the city). Lot rent ISNT 430 - whomever told you that is bullcrapping you! And "lawn care" if thats what you want to call it, is included the lot rent.

Wriong they cut the grass but you pay for trash pu. It is cheap though! Also per Nigel, the lot rent drops to $430 in Jan. 2019!
