Lot rent depends on the lot you are on. Lot rent includes lawn care and trash. The hoa is $15 for the year and it is optional it is only if you want to be able to attend the breakfasts, dinner, parties or other events. There were a couple empty lots behind my moms. I am actually selling my mothers mobile home. I am having an open house today from 10-2 on 1953 plumpbob way.
Don't think they have just lots,but they are expanding and may have lots then. They do have HOA fee.
