You should of received both refunds backs. I would go to the customer service desk and tell them they made a mistake. Bring any receipts at you should have. Also they can most likely have it in there computer about the warranty and may be able to bring the transaction that way. If you are having a hard time, ask for the manager. Good luck.
If you took the product with the receipt, you should have gotten the refund for both immediately.
Typically with product insurance, you get refunded the amount you paid, which is the insured amount, so you can replace the item without paying anything additional out of pocket. Demand to speak to a Supervisor and get a Corporate phone #. And when you call ask to speak to a Corporate Supervisor and explain your situation.

I don't know that you can. The question becomes whether or not you are 'out' any money after the insurance refund.
