8pm but as others said get there earlier because once they start shutting down you can forget getting any one to help you.
Get there before 7:30 because that's when they start to close up shop.

Walmart Supercenter in Casselberry closes at 11pm. Not sure about the lunch meat counter.
Walmart closes at 8 now in Casselberry I believe the lunch meat counter closes at 6:30 or 7
