The best tables are in the bar area. If you get lucky, you can walk in and get a table in there.
Probably not. I had reservations on a Saturday night and others who just walked in were seated just as fast
You probably don't need one at that time. If you want anything Friday through Sunday, you'll need to book two weeks in advance, though.
