How many restaurants are in the hotel and when are the open? Also would like to see their menu’s. Thank you

2 to my knowledge, though I believe their menus are linked. One is pool side, and one inside. There's also a small "store" w/ barista (starbucks-esque), and a bar behind elevators.

Inside the hotel I saw one but maybe there is more than one... Beside the pool.. less than 10 foot is the Columbia restaurant... This is a super restaurant...
