Some stores require masks, others don't. The mall itself does not require masks, although they are encouraged per CDC guidelines along with social distancing. Social distancing is not heavily enforced in the mall itself, most directional arrows are ignored. Social distancing enforcement in each store varies.
It's a good idea to carry it with you, just in case.
