The Mercantile part is a boutique (think the old Cornucopia in So. Hills), heavily geared towards women. The Merc, a restaurant sharing half the ground floor of the business, serves fresh-made sandwiches, soups, ice cream, chips & beverages. The Copper Room is upstairs. They bring in authors & musicians, but it can also be rented for private functions & parties. They will cater from The Merc, or you can hire outside caterers.
Downstairs is an eclectic store with a sandwich shop in the back. Upstairs is space for musicians to play or parties.
