I was wondering if I can take plastic to be recycled there? Since I live in an apartment we don’t have recycling bins so I’ve been collecting all the plastic in bags till I can find a place to take them to get recycled

No, they have apartment complexes donate plastic shampoo containers to be recycled. You would have to go to another place for that to be recycled

I believe Clean the World is not a recycling center for consumer plastics. Try this search instead, "plastic recycling near me". It should provide you plastic recyling options near you.
