I have not received services from this source. I cannot give a competent review. Superficially I can say I am disappointed with the service I have been provided which is no service at all.

You need to contact Social security for that.

My brother passed away and I was wondering if I could donate his wheelchair for someone that needs it. He also had a walker and shower bench. Is this something you could help with? Thanks for responding to this question.

He can get a waiver @ the courthouse. Go in fill paper work out. And request waiver of fees. If there's fraud involved they should help him.
