If an event is 18+ and I don’t have my ID but have a picture of that and my Birth certificate can I still get in? If I’m under 21 and not trying to get in as 21+

Call and ask them what kind of ID is acceptable.

In almost all cases the answer is no. I.D. is a must as they have to adhere to the law.
