So, do you always ignore your curbside pickup for fifteen minutes or is it just some?

It not unusual to wait 15 minutes for food. It is bad to wait 15 minutes to someone show up. Sometime it is ready within 5 minutes, but when they are busy 15 minutes wait for food is common. Alse I think currently they are understaffed they have big sign Hiring Now there...

The food is worth the wait. Because they give each person and their order the attention they deserve it does take time. When it is your turn you get the same great attention to detail and explanation of the menu. Be patient and know quality is not quick. Quick you go to McDonald's where you may never get quality but you are more likely to get quick. It's about what you want. If good caring people and clean quality food .....McAlister's is the right place!

My experience has been that service at McAlister's is slow no matter how you first order it. The food is always good, but slow. A small note:These questions are asked of locals, not business owners. If you want to know something about a place, ask here. If you want to complain/praise write a review. If you want to know if others had the same experience ask here, but likely write it in a way that people don't feel like they are being attacked personally for a business they frequent. :)
