Unless you live close by I would recommend visiting on Saturdays only for the full experience.
I agree with Sandy about coming to the market on Saturday but get there early caz it will be packed with ppl. N hard to find parking...Amish also are at the market on Saturday selling baked goods and one that makes fresh homemade sandwiches (breakfast) reasonably priced
Only a few vendors on Tuesdays and a bit more on Thursdays, but Saturday is the main day with at least 5x the amount of vendors. If possible go on a Saturday or its hit or miss what you find during the week.
