I have been trying to make an appointment for more than 3 weeks and it is impossible. 1 week without electricity another week they promise to call back, other days they just say no staff, I don't know what to believe anymore.

Unfortunately a collection staff shortages, illness and office renovation have forced us to close the office for a few days or place our phones to be answered by our answering service. This is not usual for us but these usual circumstance have forced us to modify response times and appointments. We apologize but we should be back to a normal schedule hopefully soon. However we do respond to all calls.
