First I wanted to give them a 5 star rating because they did allow me to come in same day for my dog and were able to run tests and keep my dog there to see how she responded to treatment. The medication they gave me after, I was told could take 2-3 weeks before seeing major improvement and that we could adjust the dosage if needed. Everything up to here was good. A few days later we called back because she did show some progress, she wasn't shaking as much, but she wasn't able to walk, which I read could be a side effect from the meds, so we called to see if her dosage needed to be adjusted or if it would go away on its own, and instead of actually talking to us to get more information, they told us there was nothing they could do now and should be taken to a neurologist. First they said the meds could take 2-3 weeks before we know if it's working and now they said to take her straight to neurologist. I'm assuming they were busy and didn't care anymore. I managed to get an appointment with her regular vet and won't be returning for refills here.

I was able to get same day appt. I was allowed to go in the back with the kitty. The people there were GREAT. I finally feel like I found a vet. I can take my cats to.

Extremely nice, friendly and caring. I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs under their care. I have a dog with anxiety and Arrow Animal is amazing with my dog 🧡.

This place is top notch, Dr's. and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of my litter of boxer puppies from tail cropping to shots and deworming. They made sure momma was healthy and made great recommendations for supplements to support her while she fed my pups. The only place I'll go now for all my fur children's needs. Reasonably priced can't say enough good things about this place.
