Hello I have always wanted to play magic the gathering but I don't know where to start I always watch videos of people playing so I kinda know the rules but would it be possible to come to this place and try to learn the game?

They occasionally hold events specifically for new players. Ask about their next one! But there are players of all skill levels there that would have no problem helping you learn.
