Was there last week and yes you can take a picture with Santa for free. However if you want to purchase the professional picture they have taken you have to purchase it. The way around that is to have the Elf take a picture with your phone and/or personal camera... They are happy to do so.
Not sure I was there a few months ago , give them a call during the day , I'm sure they would be happy to fill you in on any specials they have as well . Hope you enjoy !
