When i go there its so beautiful i dont mind waiting alittle while i havent waited longer then 20 min but the staff is soo friendly its a pleasure for me and my family .
Remember they just open last Christmas. Lots of logistics to work out. Our food was great, and more than we could eat. Special note, go get yourself a cookie and hot chocolate, both are worth it 🎅
It will only get better! You have to remember its not like a fast food restaurant and i bet you enjoyed every bite. Be patient or Santa will skip your house this year.. This place is wonderful there's nothing like it. Super shakas for the people at Sky Park aka Santa's village
Our food was about 10 to 15 mins. It was good and the people were very friendly
I mean you can't really blame them they have a lot of people to serve
We actually have two restaurants, each with their own kitchen. St. Nick's (near the bar) also serves pub grub at The Pedal Pub. The other restaurant is Gatherings. Sometimes it is closed for private events, but it has its own kitchen. We're sorry if anyone has to wait 45 minutes for food. We have addressed this since Nov., Christopher. We have a great soup station in the back of the park by the bakery. The soup is homemade and very tasty! They always have chili and another soup of the day, served in a bread bowl, and just $5. We also have another concession cart that has either hotdogs, pulled meat sandwiches, or burritos. Kringle's Coffee Shop has some take away options, as well.
Love THIS place! Already planning my next trip! Thr food wad warm and tasty! Chili...yum!
I frequent the bar and restaurant, a long wait for the meals has been 30 minutes.
Restaurant wait time needs to improve - in 30 minutes I could shop at Jensen's, drive home, and cook my own burgers and fries for a lot less money. But the outdoor area are a fabulous place to enjoy the company of friends and they do a great job of providing entertainment and friendly servers... So we locals don't mind an 'occasional' set back in service time. Keep in mind... These are the mountains, not the city; things are different here, life is less "rushed"
Hope this improves
