Not that I've seen, but I usually walk in with nice jeans and a polo shirt.
Not sure, generally day crowd is business casual.
I've seen shorts there, but real dress code. When we go we like to look nice, but I've seen every dress code there.
My best guess is the usual, no shorts or flip-flops. All in all the place is very casual.
