When was the last health inspection at this location? I received an insect on my burger yesterday that when i returned to restaurant to complain and ask for refund the two male cooks in the kitchen were laughing about it.

The manager on duty showed no concern whatsoever, the two male cooks were laughing right behind her, she heard them for sure. Also the order was completely fumbled i asked 3 times for no sauces or tomatoes due to food allergy, the receipt said no ketchup, no mustard , no mayo no tomato, i made sure i emphasized to the woman who took order that i am allergic to tomato. The fries on both my wifes order of a #6 meal and my daves triple meal were half full with limp soggy old fries fried in old dark oil, her #6 breaded chicken sandwich pattie was also fried in this disgusting oil. We called them immediately after a 10 mile ride home, had to drive another 20 mile round trip to get my refund and again no concern from the manager other than an offer for refund and offer to remake order which was refused. I stood there in front of the counter and was showing her the bug on the bun and the beef patties inside it were old and dried out as if reused or cooked over an hour prior.

I would never eat there again.
