Shipping is done during business hours. There are various shipping companies utilized. U.P.S, FED-EX, and USPS. It would depend on where it's going, how soon it has been requested to be delivered or if it's an online order, phone order, or special customer order to another Grainger location. Receiving hours kind of fall into the same aspects as shipping. U.P.S is only on weekdays during working shifts within the warehouse. Fed-Ex comes when they can. Trailers are delivered throughout different hours depending on how the items were purchased by our buyers. Hope this helps. Our "Will-Call" is open at 7 or 8am to 4 or 5pm, Mon. thru Fri.
