My truck was stolen from Dykstra during our car wash time on Friday due to 100% negligence...They didnt check receipt/ticket...just handed our keys to the thief who drove away in our car...On top of that...NO ONE from Dykstra has even reached out??

Yeah. Noticed they don't look at the tickets at all. Call and ask to speak to management. If not help. keep going up the ladder and complain.
