It also depends when you buy the tickets. Early you save, later you pay more.
The less tickets/seating they have the higher the price
I would avoid that deal
First certain artists at certain venues ticket prices can be low at one point and a couple of moments hours or days later the price can change drastically seats fill up fast
My guess regular tickets are sold out what you are seeing could be resale tickets
