My Mom liked the watch cellular version. She had good connectivity in the Detroit Metropolitan area. She also enjoyed the look of the watch on her wrist. The staff support was excellent from beginning to end. I appreciated the flexibility of the contractual agreement allowing me to cancel at any time without penalty. Great product and service

Bay Alarm has been an excellent service for my mother over the last two years. I so the monthly check-ins to ascertain that the box is in good working order. They contacted us to tell us that one of her alert systems was low. They told us how to check and found it to be her wristband. Her necklace was fine. They immediately shipped it off to us at a cost of just $6.00. There have been a few times that my mother sat down too hard and it alerted Bay Alarm. We were out of the country and so unavailable when they called. The police came within minutes to check on her. I have nothing to say except that they are excellent and I feel better knowing that if my mother fell or was hurt, she has a lifeline at her finger tips.

Just got the SOS watch for my father. Made 3 calls today to Bay Alarm Medical as I set him up. The staff were very helpful. Same girl answered the first 2 calls, she was very helpful but unfortunately I don't recall her name. Tasha helped me this evening and she was excellent. Tested the unit twice today and the responders were both great. So far very pleased with the decision to use Bay Alarm Medical to keep my father safe. Hopefully it won't be needed but glad he has access to help.
