It depends on attendance. You can usually move around pretty easily within your section and switch to empty seats that are dry - unless those ticket holders show up. I've never been to a show there that was 100% sold out and everyone showed up.
Rain or shine. Bring a pancho if you are on the lawn. You can always call them directly.
