No outside lawn chairs are allowed. You can rent them.
And the chair legs have to be rounded.
Yes you can take food and drink inside
You can bring in food but the bottles have to be sealed and no glass. They allowed chairs but they have to be a certain height. They were letting everyone use the green Pavilion chairs without charging a rental fee last weekend. But they did run out quickly.
Not sure about the food but definitely chairs for the lawn. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get there because it's horrible getting in and out, even with Uber/Lyft too
