I own BP's and Boas and sometimes like anything else they just want to be left alone pay attention to the signs it may be getting ready to shed and is just making sure it's safe and yes sometimes they are just plain grumpy striking for a snake when it's not hungry is a defensive move is it backed into a corner,how fast are you moving did it get startled little things like that we may not notice but it bothers them especially if theydont have a proper place to hide.
Snake girl WASH OFF YOUR HANDS WHEN YOUR DONE WITH THE RAT AND FEEDING. SNAKES CAN SMELL AND TASTE THE RAT SMELL ON YOUR HANDS. ANYWHERE!!!!! SNAKES HAVE THIS AMAZING SNIFFING AROUND. Also it's attitude needs to be checked by a adult or some one that knows where there doing snakes CAN KNOW YOUR SCARED TOO. PLEASE DONT MOCK THE SNAKE IT'S HUNGRY OR WANT A HEAT ROCK OR ITS WATER TANK NEEDS SOMTHIG
