Anytime I want pancakes I go to Dennys. I live in Lowell but can't get a good pancake. I can overlook the poor atmosphere.
Im sorry to hear that Yolanda...that would get me heated...if there is a next time for a call in order...anywhere, when you pick it up look thru the bag and if there is something wrong or missing you can have em make it right. If there is a lack of professionalism like what you described throughout your experience I would suggest asking for the regional manager s name and number then share with them as well.

Never did call order before usually walk-in and the attendant are actually seems to know what they're doing and the breakfast is a o.k....
