Hey you can repair it and take it off the rent find a friend Plummer find a discount one and go to town get everything done you want install a Jacuzzi how you might need approval but then I just upgraded a little bit get it to go down the way you want and take it off the rent make sure you notifying first sometimes it's worth it to do it yourself and have it done right the first time
