We're not sure what 'this' is but I was taken to the theater at a young age and the environment is a little scary with the lights off. Your mileage may vary depending on your grandson. I'm sure he's braver than me.
Are you talking about any particular movie or the movie theater? If it's the movie theater then yeah sure why not?
