Order # 7322. Ordered a set of friends Funko POP back in Nov 2018. Box came smashed up 1 pop came damaged. Contacted them through instagram messages asking if the package was insured. I was advised that the package was insured. They asked me what was damaged, and that they'll order boxes. I provided photo of the damages. I was under the impression I'd either get a replacement box or a replacement pop. Didn't hear back for a few months. Contacted them March 25th 2019. Didn't hear back. Contacted again on July 29th 2019. Didn't hear back. It's October 2020 and this company still did not make things right. Long story short they don't make things right. Package was insured.

This place is awesome. I just went there for my first time - there is currently a sale for buy three get one free, and each common Pop is $10. Friendly staff, good with making sure I knew about deals. Definitely will be back!
