They should hire more checkers. I stood at the self checkout machine and kept getting that UNEXPECTED ITEM IN BAGGING AREA prompt and had to wait several minutes EACH TIME IT SOUNDED OFF. Very frustrating.
If you want better service, you should visit Walmart in West Sacramento.
That store is a pretty high profile store in the sense that its location puts it at a security level that keeps all employees very busy with ALL sorts of people......but yeah.....very understaffed; typical of grocery business really.
