Unless a restaurant states that it's organic, you can pretty much assume that it's not. That being said who cares, its the best Mexican food in santa rosa by a mile. Their chunky salsa is amazing!

I cannot confirm if the food used is organic. I can confirm that organic fertilizers and pesticides are just as toxic as synthetic ones. Just like brocolli has cyanide in it and cocaine is organic. Las palmas is an excellent restaurant, one of the last good ones.
The food tasted great really didn't care if it's organic.
I have no idea. I can only assume that Las Palmas uses traditional foods and cooking oil. It sure tastes good.
