BBQ is not allowed, but you're free to bring any prepared foods.

No you can't... You cannot bring anything that involves lighting a fire... Already cooked sure but not to cook... Not even hotdogs... People use to and some do still as long as you don't get caught.
Grills are not allowed.
Honestly I'm not really sure I don't think I've ever seen anybody do it but I know people bring a lot of food and a lot of stuff
