It is open. Went and saw Dune last night (Jan 31st). Like the improvements, new bathrooms and food trucks replaced the snack bar.

From what I read on KCRA they were going to be opening immediately, but tellimg customers to bring their own snacks, but when I drove by yesterday, they were not showing anything. Hopefully they will be soon.
