My friend is visiting me in Payson and we'd like to have Thanksgiving lunch
at The Hudson. I am vegetarian so 1) Are you open for lunch on T. Day? and
2) Will you have other options than the typical T. food so we vegetarians can
come also?

There are definitely options for vegetarians and I'm sure if they are open then they'll have their full menu. You'll probably have to call and ask if they are open on Thanksgiving and until what time because I'm not sure!
